Festivals

Festivals are a great way to showcase our sport and support our fellow dragon boating to breast cancer survivors.  Festivals give us a chance to honor the history of dragon boating while showing off our skill in races against other breast cancer survivor teams and even community teams.  Dragon boating takes us all over the world to different festivals.  In 2024, the Derby City Dragons will compete in festivals in Northern Kentucky and Akron.  In 2026, the dragons are going to France for the International Breast Cancer Paddlers Commission Participatory festival where teams from all over the world will compete!
